Made-to-Order & Custom Products
All of our products are made-to-order and custom-designed based on customer selections.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 -10 days of delivery.
